Our current turnaround time (as of 02/01/12)
- Rifle builds from parts kits: 10 -12 months
- Rifle upgrade packages & conversions: 7-8 months
Please keep in mind that these are estimated time frames. Your gun might be finished earlier than this, or it might take a little longer.
Shipping
Shipping of firearms and firearm parts occurs two times per week. Your firearm may be completed, but it might not be shipped out until the following week depending on our shipping schedule.
Test Firing & Zero
We take multiple rifles out to the range at a time to test fire and zero. This is typically done
once a week, and at times, once every other week.
*Some rifles require more than one trip to the range to zero.
Quotes
All price quotes made by email are estimates. Since part prices and availability change frequently, your exact quote will be given at the time you place your order.
Phone Calls
We do most of our communication through email. Since we are an extremely busy shop, please
only call us at the office (702-860-7774) for the following reasons:
- To make a payment or deposit
- To make a change on a current work order
If we do not answer the phone, please leave a message. We experience an extremely high call
volume on a daily basis. Your call is important to us and we will return your call in a timely
manner.

Please fully complete the email form provided to you on this page. Email is checked
throughout the week. Please be patient for a response to your email, some may take longer than
others depending on technical questions or a specific quote involved.
